Refunds and Returns

If you’re looking for a refund or an exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. 

You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXCEPTIONS

  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REFUND

 Please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If the product was received in good conditions, we will start the refund process to the original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
